Here is a walkthrough of how to create a Neurographic Painting using watercolours .
I used Arches 100% cotton paper and my Windsor and Newton field box of paints and spent a lovely meditative afternoon making art.

Have you ever tried gel printing? Here is one of my latest prints. I used a stencil and some punchilena (the wastage left over from sequins ) bubble wrap, tape and acrylic paint to create this layered collaged print.

Cards for little ones tend to be bright and cheery.
This card is no exception, and the addition of googly eyes
is the perfect embellishment.
Take some time to stamp on the front of the envelope.
I stuck to 3 colours ( all a version of the primary spectrum )
and mass produced a stack of cards, since I liked them so much.
Have a creative day! Vicki x🎨🖌
This card was a CASE from the catalogue, and I love how the colours have been used to bring balance to what could have been a very bossy colour scheme. A small touch of bright goes a long way.
In this case there is plenty of white to balance those joyful pops of neon. The design is simple yet makes a statement. I love this composition.
Watch my Youtube video ( click above) and see how I create pretty cards using gel press prints. Choose some simple sentiment stamps. I love anything with a brush script. I used silver, gold and copper embossing powders and heat set them to produce lots of cards.
Enjoy! Vicki x🎨🖌
Using patterned paper to create multiple projects means you’re “shopping your stash”.
Don’t waste that pretty pattern. Put it to good use as cards, bookmarks, even using any leftover scraps to trim the envelope flap. Here I have made a stack of cards, and with the leftover paper I made bookmarks.
