Hand Painted Metallic Watercolor Card. A Fish and a Wish.


 Easy Watercolor practice painting wavy lines to make….you guessed it! Waves. Add a touch of metallic, and those bubbles! This makes a fun thank you card. Stamp set is A Fish and a Wish from Stampinup.
