In this video I show you how to put together the heart fold cards in the "Oh Happy Day" Card kit which will be available on June 1st in my store. The kit is all-inclusive , so the only extras I needed were some mini glue dots.

More from the Regional Art Gallery Exhibition.

Here are 4 of the 5 boxes / bags that I exhibited in the Gallery.
The 5th box was too large to get a photo of with the limited space I had to photograph it, but you can see it in the final shot with the entire suite.
I named my exhibit "Autumn Gifts," as the boxes are intended be used as gift boxes (the belly bands slip off so you can pop a gift inside).

I couldn't finish without showing you the yummy food that was catered for the event. (We were served delicious wines as well.)

On Thursday I helped set up the Friends On Show Exhibition at Hazelhurst  Regional Gallery.
I exhibited a suite of Upcycled Boxes, and a selection of Greeting Cards. The Exhibition involved 50 artists and included ceramics, paintings, sculpture, jewellery and mixed media.

The official opening of the show was today, and there was a big crowd in attendance.

Here is my exhibit...5 paper boxes adorned for Autumn.
The show will continue till May 10.

Most Amazing Card Kit EVER. Day 1. Tips on how to assemble your kit. Stampin' Up! Australia

Day1 : How to begin assembly of your kit, and how to make these 5 matchbook cards.

The 5 Matchbook cards set up ready for stamping and assembly.

Prepping the matchbooks is much easier if you sort out ALL the pieces for each card, (I have used my dining room table to do this), as some of the pieces are similar. This was fun! It's like doing a jigsaw puzzle... satisfying in a weird kind of way LOL.  Have you snips and tape measure handy to cut the twine into different lengths.
