Dreamy Line and Wash BOKEH technique with a Magic Eraser!

This dreamy effect can be achieved easily with non staining Watercolor. I used a circles template to lift out the shapes, being sure to wipe down the back of the template with a paper towel so as not to spread water where it wasn’t wanted. I also altered the stamp by extending the branch using an ultra fine tip sharpie. I used Canson XL paper and Daniel Smith Watercolor.

The stamp is “Free As A Bird” by Stampin Up.

Review and Swatching of Daniel Smith 24 half pan Watercolors.

This 24 Watercolor palette by Daniel Smith comes with a BONUS empty palette of 24 half pans, so you can add your favourite colors along the way.

I go through each color and explain its properties.
Enjoy!

Review and Swatches of my favourite Watercolor Palette. Winsor & Newton.

I love this field box for plein air sketching and taking on my hikes in the National Park.
Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolors are my favourite paints, with Daniel Smith Watercolors coming in a close second.
I love the coordinating Promarker Watercolor markers that Winsor & Newton make, along with their brushes, sketchbooks and paper.
I have made a review of the Promarkers on my channel as well.
Here is the matching video in case you missed it.

We’re All Connected!

Here is a walkthrough of how to create a Neurographic Painting using watercolours .

I used Arches 100% cotton paper and my Windsor and Newton field box of paints and spent a lovely meditative afternoon making art.

Have a marvellously creative day,
