Stamped Line and Wash Watercolour Card!

What is line and wash technique? This is a term used in watercolour painting, where paint is added to an image sketched in ink.
You can use stamps to achieve amazing effects that look just like line and wash sketches without the fuss.

Instead of colouring within the lines you can do a loose wash of background and achieve the effect of a watercolour painting!

Line and Wash Watercolor Technique using stamps as your line, then washing loosely with Gansai Tambi paints. any watercolour paints would work with this easy method!

Dendritic Printing: from Cards To Art!

Make cool prints using low tech supplies. I absolutely love this technique. It is so easy your kids could do it too.

Any smooth service would work for this. Some people use glass from old photo frames, but I don’t like the possibility of the glass breaking as you do need to apply pressure. Tiles worked really well for me, but tempered glass, like chopping boards, or Perspex sheets work really well too.
