You can still Watercolour using a black outline, even if the inked image isn't waterproof! Here I use Tuxedo Memento Ink , instead of a waterproof ink, and colour the image to give a soft, blurred-edge effect. It looks more hand-painted than stamped, and gives a painterly effect to your card.
